Onzo Braga was, at one point, the coach of the highly successful Moon Beach Girls' Academy Mermaids water polo team until a mysterious scandal led to his untimely departure from the notorious reform school. He was given a second chance at life by Clown Tribe leader Pucky Luxx, the owner of the Silver Seal Nightclub, and the board chairman of Venus Island Girl. Luxx eventually bought his own professional water polo team, the Camp Fornax Seals, and persuaded Braga to coach and manage it.
